Ingredients
- 1 Banana ripe, mashed
- ¼ C Self-rising Flour
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon, optional
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Lightly grease skillet. Use a 1/4 cup-sized measuring cup to scoop the batter onto the hot skillet. Flip when the edges start to get firm and bubbles form and then pop in the batter.
- Top with warm berries, or your favorite syrup.
- Enjoy!
